I'd like to share with you my favorite looks from Zaitsev Laboratory Spring-Summer 2015 runway show, which was presented at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia. The show includes awesome creations made by Slava Zaitsev students: Katya Aslamova, Lia Gureeva, Natalia Kozhevnikova, Yulia Kupinskaya and Ksenia Shklyaeva. Each student showed something creative, sophisticated and trendy. Yulia Kupinskaya, for instance, presented Eternal Soulmates looks, which were defined by monochrome black and white colors. Lia Gureeva 'Strokes to the Portrait' collection was distinguished by hats, as we see awesome headwear designs which are worn on every model. Ksenia Shklyaeva offers Spring Twilight, which is inspired by nature, combining textures and decorative details. Spring collection, named FOLD_OFF, by Natalya Kozhevnikova was the only one, which consisted of tailored, evening appropriate looks, which were made especially for men. While Katya Aslamova delivered amazing collection, named 'On the Verge of the Floor' which consisted of sophisticated and fashion forward creations. If you want to find out more, then you are more than welcomed:
We see Yulia Kupinskaya creation, which is totally black and white colored. I love the bowl hat and the flowing, airy black maxi-skirt.
Here we see an asymmetric blazer, which features an elongated side, making it looking creative and fashion-forward. I like the relaxed look of this mannish suit.
How about this gorgeous maxi wrap skirt in black and white color.
Lia Gureeva looks are elegant and retro inspired. Here we see model wearing creative headwear and silken evening skirtsuit styled with glossy, black pumps.
I like that modern touch, which makes these looks to stand out from the crowd. That's a stunning pale purple look.
The turquoise maxi dress is covered by a cocoon-look, cropped blazer in pale-blue color.
That's my favorite look from Ksenia Shklyaeva line, which looks Grecian inspired to me. Love the following combinations of textures and nature-inspired decorative details.
Natalya Kozhevnikova offers tailored menswear looks. Here we see male model who appears on the runway wearing retro inspired hat, long, wrap coat, white high-neck, asymmetric blazer, slim fit black pants tucked in combat style boots.
Here we see male model who dons a creative quilted top, which reminds me of a samurai inspired outfit, or kind of modern bulletproof vest. The top looks great with slim-fit black pants and patent black leather shoes.
If you want something modern and edgy, then I highly recommend you to take a closer look at this evening appropriate pantsuit.
There is kind military touch in this white outfit. Love the tailored, maxi coat and high-waisted slim pants in white color.
Katya Aslamova delivers sophisticated and fashion forward looks. I love this cocoon shape black coat with red lips patch print and skinny black trousers.
Another great version of cocoon shaped ensemble in black color. Try this look at some special, creative occasions.
The fuchsia-black shift dress is an ideal piece for cocktail parties.
