Bijou from FREYWILLE were always unique, as every piece stands out from other accessories. Today, I'd like to share with you its latest collection which was inspired by Russian culture, it simple simple for a first sight, yet when you take a closer look you will get the point and its meaning. New collection is called "Russian Passion" and consists of four different designs: "Golden Berry", "Firebird", "Ballet" and "My Matryoshka."
"My Matryoshka Doll" design.
Matryoshka is an ancient russian toy, which consists of the same yet smaller toys inside of it. The toy is painted by russian traditional prints, it's the most recognizable symbols of Russian culture. So, this toy print appears in this design.
"Golden Berry" design.
The ancient Russian folk craft that was born in Nizhny Novgorod. The bracelet features bright colors.
Talking about Russian culture, I'd like to mention its folk fairy tales and one of these tales character like The Firebird, which is a personification of fire, light and sun. This magic bird does not exist, yet russians symbolize it with youth and beauty.
The final theme of FREYWILLE "Russian Passion" collection is ballet. The inspiration comes from the Russian ballets like "Swan Lake", "Sleeping Beauty" and "The Nutcracker."
