“Scandinavian Woodland” collection is made for the next Fall-Winter season by designer Whitney Pozgay for WHIT, which includes whimsical folklore and Scandinavia modern print and colors. It's full of standouts, including Japanese sweaters, full skirts in Rorschach-like ink pattern, sleeveless silk dresses in inky cow prints, little leather dresses, popcorn-surfaced sweatshirts and shearling quilted wool coats. The line is full of bold prints, charming feminine and girlish silhouettes and subtle textures. I personally felt in love with those Northern European culture references. The color palette came with cream, pale pink and blue, black, white and jade. The accessories ranged from calf-hair Chelsea boots, Warby Parker sunglasses and swinging pendants from Lizzie Fortunato. That's an easy-to-wear collection with wearable and fun garments. All in all, WHIT is full of abstract prints, fabrics and versatile separates.
