Bold, Sharp and Ornate. Sicilian-born designer Fausto Puglisi presented his latest Fall-Winter collection of women's slim, flared shape, floor-grazing silhouette garments with Baroque-inspired motifs. His outfits were inspired by punk revolution at modern era. Here you will find buckles, straps, orange-and-black tartan, tough leathers, wool crepe, printed silk chiffon, lavish metal and crystal embroideries.
My favorites are miniskirts, column dresses, to-the-floor dresses bejeweled with medallions and crosses, oversize, sleeveless yellow crepe cheerleader dresses, embroidered leather Perfecto, biker jackets and flouncy little skirts. Some looks remind me of Gianni Versace signature 1980's aesthetic, Kurt Cobain's brushed plaids, Freddy Krueger's stripes and Yankees baseball caps.
