The latest Fausto Puglisi pre-fall 2015 collection of women's transitional garments consists of rebellious, taut and edgy looks. We see a combination of feminine and bold styles with a couture-like approach and very strong attention to details and fabrics. The first thing which was noticed by me is the print and cuts. I love those vibrant geometrics and destroyed animal prints (remixing leaf-touches zebra and sampled leopard). Speaking of fabrics, then Puglisi stiffened and pressed mohair for making sharp silhouettes, he also created matte duchsesse-like effects by covering silk twill fabric with material used in tailoring. If you love wearing statement and vibrant looks, then you probably should go for Puglisi's day wear, which comes in strong patterns, including zebra, red and black checks. I like the spirit of these tough looks, which make me think of gladiators. The color palette is another stand out thing from the entire collection, as we see bold and statement blacks, red, white mixed with pastels and purple hues. All in all, let's have a detailed look at these awesome designs:
Here we see model wearing a checkered sweater styled with circled skirt in black and leopard print. Finish the look by adding a grommet belt and glossy black lace-up military boots.
That's a fantastic look, which reminds me of punk rock divas. We see a collarless zip coat cinched at the waist with a statement belt and paired with the same colored leggings tucked in glossy military boots.
That's a sweet animal print sweater-dress cinched at the waist with a cool, leather grommet belt and paired with pale violet shoes.
The V-neck dark red leopard print sweater with zebra black and white sleeves is tucked in high-waisted belted black mini skirt with pleats and asymmetric cut. I love these black, glossy booties.
Robe looks terrific worn atop crewneck buttoned cardigan and zebra print skirt. Update this look by wearing zebra pumps.
Here we see a statement pea-coat worn with a gorgeous midi, asymmetric cut skirt which is half colored in animal print and half in black color.
That's a sophisticated belted robe-coat worn atop zebra knee-length dress. It's a fantastic look for those ladies who are looking for something special in their everyday lives. I personally have kind of grunge feeling about this outfit.
One shoulder dress with a paneled bottom has a modern look. Try it on with thigh-high boots for a cocktail party.
Keep it masculine and sharp by sporting this mannish black pantsuit with turquoise side stripes.
If you love color-blocking, then I highly recommend to try on this black-turquoise colored cover-up worn atop checkered top tucked in belted color-blocking midi skirt.
Turquoise colored coat with black details is worn atop asymmetric color-blocking dress in black and turquoise colors.
Shirt-cardigan looks fantastic with a checkered T-shirt tucked in indigo skinnies and combat boots.
Color-blocked dress with paneled bottom and a belt cinched at the waist looks great with modern booties. I love the statement earring which reminds me of a falling star.
Uniform power black coat with purple detailing looks awesome with zebra top tucked in high-waisted, pleated color-blocking skirt in black and purple colors.
