Designers Anja and Sandra Umann showcased their UMASAN Spring-Summer collection during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Berlin earlier this month. Brand's creators Anja and Sandra Umann are identical twins who are identically fascinated with the world of art. Anja is has a real passion in high end avant-garde world of fashion, while is addicted to visual Art and Media (she's a well known photographer, who is published in Vogue, Gala, Bunte and many more...). Speaking of UMASAN, then I'd like to underline, that it is much more than fashion, it is sisters world, where they use innovative fabrics to create sophisticated and functional apparel both for men and women. The clothes are based on the sophisticated Japanese cutting technique, where each piece is inspired by Traditional Yoga philosophy and its idea of pure life. The spring season has that special nomadic touch, where pieces are layered in a dynamically draped nature. The color palette is muted and consists mostly of black, white, grey and rust colors. I personally love the clean silhouettes with light-weight and loose-fitting shapes.
Here we see female model who appears in black shift with hoodie and white covering styled with black lace-up boots with high soles.
