Michelle Smith behind Milly presented glorious, feminine and powerful Autumn-Winter 2014-2015 collection which was inspired by classical dance of ballerinas and modern sports. It looks like we are moving from models off duty to ballerinas off duty style, as we see contemporary girl who is clad in delicate and luxe layers with shiny touches and modern textures. Models sported tiered petal skirts paired with fur sweaters, blush tulle maxi skirts and paper-bag trousers. Anyway, what really caught my eyes is the outerwear, that ranged from tailored tweed jackets, fur-trimmed cape jackets, oversize coats to cream-colored Mongolian lamb fur designs. Love those opulent fabrics, knitted rabbit fur, liquid chevron fringes, metallic foil leather, Lurex, staid navy twill. We see a mix of feminine and masculine silhouettes that have elegant, festive and fun touches.
