The Autumn-Winter 2014-2015 season from Michael van der Ham is inspired by the 1960's fashion magazine Intro and low-budget 1995 film “Party Girl.” Models walked down the catwalk wearing amazing dresses, including blue sheaths with 3-D flower appliqués, knee-length numbers decorated with big blooms, veiled organza gowns, cotton lace designs. I personally love that continuation of playful easy to wear technique which is street ready and commercial. The color palette is vivid and it comes with bright citrus, pink, cobalt, peach, red, black, orange and dark blue. The new season is full of deconstructed prints, jacquards, knit intarsias, net overlays and bow details. My favorite wardrobe pieces are crystal nembroidered navy skirts guipure lace separates, graphic intarsia sweaters, playful colorblocked platforms and gorgeous Christian Louboutin suede loafers.
