Designer Rachel Comey presented eclectic pre-Fall 2015 lineup of women's lightweight, yet bulky outerwear staples (quilted, linen and woven mohair) with denim wear touches. I love the way Comey plays with prints, showing us abstract and colorful painterly brush strokes. My favorites from the entire collection are outerwear designs that are ideal for throwing on during cold days. Comey keeps her silhouette straightforward and very individual. If you are looking for artsy shapes, then I highly recommend you to take a closer look at these original clothes. I would like to show you the best looks that are real standouts of this pre-collection.
That's a versatile white linen suit that is an ideal outfit for those ladies who want their selves something smart-casual, yet preppy. Try it on with an artsy printed clutch and sling-back heeled red clogs.
The quilted blue-purple colored jacket looks great cinched at the waist with a brown belt.
The pale orange quilted, wrinkled 1/2 sleeved belted jacket looks great with wide-leg denim culottes and white high-sole clogs.
The white shearling lined sleeveless coat looks cool with a grey pullover that is tucked in muted blue trousers.
Bonded heather gray jersey wrap coat belted at the waist looks awesome worn with white linen shortened trousers and wedge clogs.
Fuzzy pink mohair long coat in a relaxed fit looks great with a denim V-neck top styled with wide-leg jeans and peep-toe clogs sandals.
If you want something army inspired, then I advice to try on this collarless khaki olive relaxed fit coat with short and cuffed sleeves that is worn atop ankle-length abstract, colorfully painted brush stroke dress.
Here we see a lovely fit-and-flare shirtdress that can be worn at work and cocktail parties.
