Shane Gabier and Christopher Peters behind Creatures of the Wind named their latest Autumn-Winter 2015-2016 pre-collection “Space Is the Place.” The pre-fall season features polished, preppy looks that are ideal for work, casual street walks and laidback weekends. The duo was inspired by the late 1950 and early 60's Italian industrial design and pre-psychedelic age. If you want yourself something eccentric and original, then I highly recommend to try on one of these preppy looks. All in all, Shane Gabier and Christopher Peters offer us somewhat psychedelic, sophisticated and wearable collection of women's transitional apparel.
This V-neck, long-sleeve dress worn atop turtleneck reminds me of a wild west vintage staple.
The mink coat with fur haired collar is worn atop linen skirt and teamed with heeled mannish shoes.
The cream white blazer makes the following look to be more smart-casual. I like that relaxed and pleated ensemble styled with high sole Oxfords.
Elegant silk and Lurex jacquard monochrome coat accented by a white fox stole and shown with a sleeveless stretch-linen turtleneck and cotton white eyelet skirt.
The crinkled linen black, long-sleeve top cinched at the waist is paired with straight monochrome, knee-length skirt.
Here we see a micro-check suit comprised of a cropped jacket and boyish, high-waisted, cropped pants. Love the orange mohair sweater worn underneath the jacket.
The mohair blend white coat is worn atop two-piece knitted dress (white top and short skirt) and high-sole shoes.
The shiny silk A-line top looks smart-casual styled with a gray shortened skirt.
The lightweight black robe-coat is worn atop simple top and below-the-knee A-line skirt.
Here we see a pretty cool, modern sleeveless dress with a wrap skirt worn atop another gray skirt.
That's a mannish suit that consists of a black blazer, floral light blue shirt tucked in high-waisted cream white shortened trousers.
The retro black coat is embellished with a fox stole. I love the way it's paired with a turtleneck simple dress.
Here we see a silk, printed robe coat teamed with a cream beige shirtdress. That's an ideal weekends look.
This surreal print skirtsuit looks great. We see a slim-fit blazer worn atop black shirt that is tucked in high-waisted mini skirt.
