Vera Wang Fall-Winter 2014–2015 collection of women's ready to wear clothes featured lots of charcoal gray and black looks and it feels like we see gothic touch garments with rock and roll domination. Models sported tweed coats, long black leather skirts, large-scale tartan dresses, Bermudas, skirts, vests and pantsuits, big argyle sweaters, platform boots. Indeed, the catwalk was full of dark romance apparel, which is practical and smart. I would say Wang offers us a grown up grunge style clothing, which is not only sensual but also tomboyish. The new collection is full of metallic accents, tough-chic black leather, slim lines, boyish layering, plaid, watercolor floral chiné and lace detailing. I love that men's energy which gives power to the tomboy and sensual looks.
