Proenza’s Strict Lines. Proenza Schouler designers Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez presented their Spring-Summer collection during New York Fashion Week. Looks like 40’s and 50’s inspired silhouettes and mixed together with modern stripes and floral prints, bringing fresh and new looks. Models were wearing jackets like swimsuits, with elasticated panels to shape the body, pencil-leg pants and turtlenecks, poodle skirts in woven raffia. What i like the most in this show is the color shades (ochre, burnt orange and Bakelite green and those geometric prints) and hair and makeup of models mussed hair and modest makeup. Overall, collection is strong and feminine.
