Here are fresh news from fashion designer Shenali Sema who is based in New Delhi (India), as she reveals her new Autumn-Winter collection's lookbook. She is very talented person as she studied at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design and graduated in 2011. I personally love her layering and beautiful simple and feminine silhouettes of wearable clothes. Here you will find wrapping, covering and tying techniques which look quite individual and modern. Each garment can be worn in several ways like tied, draped or wrapped.
This particular collection is inspired by the oriental culture and Japanese art of packaging. I personally like that eastern inspired silhouette which comes with sportswear detailing and asymmetrical cuts. All in all, we see kind of kimono references in these chic and elegant looks.
