Layered mannish looks are revealed in the latest Marni Autumn-Winter collection's runway show which was presented during Milan Fashion Week. Consuelo Castiglioni behind the brand showed us extravagant and beautiful creations with gentle distortion and exaggerated shapes. I would say it's luxe, fashion forward hipster looks with tribal and athletic touches, quite complicated, but great though. Every piece looks special, tailored and bulky. You are about to see tailored lady suits, huge fur hood lean parkas, cropped sweaters. Some of the dresses came embellished with abstract prints which were made by artist Magnus Plessen.
Some of the looks are ready to wear, but most of these creations are meant for women who are really bold and love experiments. What I find amazing in the presented looks, then it's ruffles, which embellish waists of the suits, tops and skirts. All in all, thanks to the silhouettes and layers, these creations are very couture-worthy, sophisticated, powerful and modern.
