Hey my loves! Today I want to share with you this stunning pre-Fall 2015 collection from a well known fashion house Max Mara. What is so special about this brand's new pre-collection? This time Max Mara was inspired by works of Jean-Michel Basquiat, Keith Haring, Robert Smithson musings and other stalwarts of the 1970-1980s downtown art. I personally see kind of modern luxe grunge which is felt through beanies, slick hair, high socks, combat boots and sophisticated color palette. But the luxe touch appears as elegant lines, furs, including fox-fur lining, plush shearlings which appear on rich outerwear. Indeed, outerwear plays one of the major roles in this stunning transitional runway show. Speaking of color palette, then we see mostly dark hues, including brown, black, grey and pops of crimson shades. I love the way Max Mara keeps the pure elegance of its smart tailoring and fine fabrics. All in all, it's a retro sophisticated collection of ladies statement outfits.
