Super Modern Yacht Glamour with Japan touch. Julien Macdonald spring-summer collection, showed during London Fashion Week, is inspired by the influence of summer, the techno-pristine fiberglass, leather, and chrome of yachts in Monte Carlo. Models sported hardcore clothes accented with panels of leather mesh and metallic belts, it felt like models dressed themselves in elements of the yachts. You can see the influence of Japan and China in sharp origami tailoring and dragon tattoo prints on clothes. The designs were razor-sharp in silhouette with military inspired elements, ranging from tom boyish blazers and shorts to sheer-skirted gowns, Porsche glasses, buttery leather biker tunics.
