Walking down the street. Roland Mouret presents his new pre-spring collection of women’s stated wear, which is full of subtly utilitarian style. Mouret’s father served in French army, that’s why you can feel the influence of uniforms and strict shapes in his collections. Models appear in saffron viscose sheaths, charcoal dress-like trenches, floor-sweeping fuchsia evening dresses, Iris print frocks, 1940’s style dresses and cocktail dresses with velvet ribbons, silk fuchsia sweatpants and voluminous shirts. Overall, it’s minimal, yet colorful city dressing collection.
