Ken Kaufman and Isaac Franco behind Kaufmanfranco presented their Fall women's clothing designs during New York Fashion Week. THe next season comes with artful contrasts, like offering clean metallic accents, flashy and minimal classic staples. Kate Moss in the 1990's was their starting point for inspiration. I personally like the feminine, sensual style and ease of the showcased looks, that are sophisticated but ready to be worn. The color palette is icy and it comes in ivory, black, onyx, glacier, aluminum, royal blue, mercury. Here are showcased tuxedo jackets, pencil skirts, gauzy cashmere pullovers, leather skinnies, gorgeous 1990's vibe eveningwear, featuring long bias-cut slips, red carpet gowns, languid dresses and embellished gowns. While the real standout is luxurious outerwear, which included herringbone duster coats, wool duster coats, ivory anoraks with fur collars and silver belts, high-tech parkas, wool bombers and bonded leather jackets. All in all, new Kaufmanfranco collection is casual yet sophisticated and truly sensual.
