London based conceptual Malaysian born designer James Hock reveals his latest Spring 2016 collection. Hock continues exploring his concept of "new basics," manipulation and customization of everyday garments creating something fresh and exciting. You are about to witness classic white T-shirts sewn together forming oversized tops suitable for summer weather and chilly evenings.
My personal favorites are belted jackets, draped tops, dresses and kimonostyle outfits. The color palette is monochrome, featuring black shades, as well as vibrant pops of bright yellow and white. Speaking of accessories, we see large, floppy cotton brimmed hats, frilled net hats and salvaged leather bags.
