Tommaso Aquilano and Roberto Rimondi behind Fay revealed their Autumn-Winter collection during Milan Fashion Week. It feels like the brand welcomes us back to high school, university or college, as we see spunky, embellished and street-style inspired looks. You are about to see rugby-stripe sleeve toggle coats, quilted puffer jackets, chunky ribbed pullovers, red quilted jackets trimmed in white Mongolian lamb, uber-comfy academic scarves. I would like to underline collection's varsity jackets, which came in various lengths, embellishments and fabrics. Some of them are elongated or cropped, others are embellished with luxe patent patches, shrunken leather and wool, while some models were made with banded leather sleeves and others with fur fronts. The color palette comes in navy blue, gray, some red, white, and black shades. New collection comes with sweet combinations, shimmery textures and eye-catching patterns, like those bold supersize houndstooth checks and diagonal stripes which cover lots of outerwear and separates. All in all, it's easy to wear, comfy and extremely street-wear inspired.
