Please welcome new Oscar de la Renta Pre-Fall lookbook. It was the last collection in which Oscar de la Renta had a hand in designing. The transitional season comes with lots of beautiful colors, including pale blue, red, fuchsia, burgundy, tomato, orange, dark blue, etc. Of course it wasn't debut of the house's new creative director, Peter Copping, but her advised the studio a bit on how to finish this transitional collection. It can be said, that we see a mix of old and the new. Here are presented pencil skirts, party dresses, full skirts, ball gowns and ruffled, slim-fit designs beautifully embroidered with flowers.
The pale blue below-the-knee coat looks great with this dark blue shift and fur scarf. One thing disturbs me and it's the shoes. I think it's better to wear this ensemble with pumps or heeled sandals. But the overall appearance is very elegant.
Camel colored sleeveless coat looks stunning worn atop black shift. This outfit looks cool with gold flat loafers.
Here we see model wearing a wide crewneck collar cropped T-shirt with wide sleeves in rich red leather worn atop high waisted asymmetric cut skirt and teamed with fuchsia pink clutch and pointed-toe pumps.
This red pink oversized coat comes with a collar continuation that looks like a scarf. Try it on atop your favorite fuchsia pink dress and pretty, cuffed patent leather sandals.
The red pink peacoat looks awesome worn atop fuchsia pink wrap top and wrap mini skirt. I love these cool, glossy sandals booties.
The burgundy mink crewneck collar cropped coat looks very rich teamed with an orange, layered skirt.
Here we see a stunning, floral tank top slim-fit dress with a layered, ruffled skirt and pale turquoise heeled sandals.
How about this ball gown in bright fuchsia pink that is updated with a fur cape and evening clutch.
Here we see another awesome orange, ball-gown embellished with a beautiful fur cape.
That's my favorite sky blue colored gown updated with this luxe fur cape. That's a statement look for special events, like formal prom events and year's ball.
