Giambattista Valli Spring-Summer 2014 collection is feminine, bright and relaxed. The next season comes with soft shoulders, belted silhouettes, and romantic, floral appliqués. Well, the next season is couture-inspired, while the main inspiration was taken from filmmaker Pier Paolo Pasolini and Arte Povera master Alighiero Boetti. What I love the most about these looks is the simplicity, which is felt in those stiff organza dresses, bold paisley robes, mini dresses, collarless coats, dresses appliquéd with pansies and golden ears of corn and pleated shorts. I personally love the modern touch which is felt in those intriguing clothes.
