Sachin & Babi Autumn-Winter 2015-2016 season's collection is both relaxed, modern and ladylike. The wife and husband were inspired by proto-feminist icon Joan of Arc, especially by her armor. Designers Sachin and Babi Ahluwalia offer us gorgeous quilted bombers in abstract prints, quilted short skirts, felted wool sheaths, full tea-length dresses, long skirts, sequined varsity jackets, etc. I personally felt in love with unexpected patterns, ikat and digital prints. We see relaxed and embellished shapes with athletic touches and fashion forward details. All in all, it's a whimsical, feminine and fun collection with sophisticated shapes.
