Today I want to share with you Etxeberria latest Autumn-Winter season collection of men and women apparel. The show was held during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Madrid. New collection's name is “Poet in New York.”
Brand's designer Roberto Lopez Etxeberria pushed the boundaries of traditional suiting and outerwear. We see slouchy, skinny and boxy looks where volume is inspired by the English tailoring from the 1920’s and silhouettes are afflated by Neapolitan tailoring from the 1950’s. Color palette comes mostly in grey shades. Designer developed looks around the idea of the search for wide figures and volumes, with scarcely seams or pleats. Personally, I like the way Etxeberria moves away from classic tailoring, offering us modern take on suits. We see wool and felt creations combined with leather and fur. There are several looks for women with mannish silhouettes, I would say, these are "boyfriend" suits of the future.
Dark grey pantsuit looks awesome with untucked white button-down and relaxed-fit pants tucked in black boots.
If you are in search for something creative, then I suggest you to try on this pinstripe suit with fur details.
This wool suit looks sporty and ideal for everyday wear.
