As you know, layering is the key of winter fashion and Tuba Ergin has ideally used layers in her latest Winter 2015-2016 collection. This Fall takes its inspiration from a contemporary eastern story, bringing together the forgotten crafts of the middle east and modern arts. It feels like we stand on the meeting point of cultural clashes, where tradition meets contemporary world.
Cream white jacket with high collar looks cozy styled with white knitted leggings tucked in light grey socks worn with leather flat boots.
Personally, I love the way Ergin harmonized the locals crafts and the masterpieces of international artists. The Autumn 2015 season consists of beautiful coats, shearling jackets, big hooded cover-ups, matte leather jackets, etc. The color palette is inspired by the natural fibers and astonishing Coruh valley, including rust, green, beige, terracotta, pale turquoise, as well as dark shades of antracite, petrol, grey and navy. New collection's silhouettes are coccooing, volumized, featuring high collars and hoods. I like designer's use of layering, fabrics mixes, hairy surfaces and texture play. Anyway, let's have a detailed look at my favorite looks:
We see shearling long jacket worn with white turtleneck and matching color maxi skirt.
Model appears in a pale blue chambray shirt with elongated back styled with matching color jeans.
That's a fantastic grey colored wrap coat. You can wear it atop cocktail dress or everyday separates.
Knitted cape is worn atop slouchy cowl neck long straight-fit shift is worn with wide-leg black trousers.
We see brown colored jacket with a big hood styled with bright blue pants tucked in black mountain boots.
A hooded black pullover is styled with bright blue slouchy pants tucked in hiking black boots.
This is a real must-have! I am so in love with this matte leather black belted high-neck jacket.
This one is another must-have cover-up for your winter days. In love with this high-neck jacket with black leather sleeves and furry detailing.
