Dasha Gauser presented an awesome black and white Spring-Summer 2015 collection of women's and kidswear apparel during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia. The main inspiration for her monochrome looks came from the latest cartoon movie called Penguins of Madagascar. As Dasha says: "I imagined special agent heroes who can handle any job. They look perfect and glossy, that's why I used luxe fabrics, including silk, satin, velvet, lightweight suede and silk chiffon to make those sophisticated looks". Everything looks stylish, feminine and original. The color palette is monochrome, which features black and white colors. What really draws my attention, then it's the details, which include: balloon-sleeves, ruffles, wide voluminous skirts, bold accessories and cartoon animal prints. If you want to describe this collection in one word, then it's better to use word "penguin".

We see lots of asymmetric silhouettes, which are updated with lush skirts, voluminous sleeves and origami applications. The real stand-outs from the spring collection are blazer-dresses and tuxedo-ensembles. There is kind of avant-garde touch, which is seen in the shapes of futuristic gowns. The overall mood is cozy, that's why it's quite hard to say, that we see warm weather looks, it's more transitional wear clothing.
