Preppy Elegance features Agnona's latest Spring-Summer 2014 collection of women's ready to wear garments. Label's creative director Stefano Pilati reveals Agnona "ZERO" collection, which is inspired by a European (Düsseldorf) avant-garde artists movement (Group ZERO) which was founded back in 1953. So, if we speak about the next season's collection, then the designs are luxe and simple. The simple silhouettes make these creations look practical and comfy, while the materials are luxurious, as we see high quality cashmeres, silk jacquards, amazing finishes and eye-catching prints, in other words that's a potential commercial women's apparel. I personally felt in love with Palaka checkered motif prints (Japanese fabric). So, you are about to see long sleeve shirts worn under short sleeve jackets, as well as short shorts teamed with long jackets, oversize and relaxed camel coats, khaki coats, leather coats, short-sleeve jacket in crocodile. All in all, I've got kind of casual feeling about these Pilati's nostalgia creations.
