Please welcome sporty, flirty and girlish Spring-Summer collection from Timo Weiland. The spring collection has lots of different combinations which are easy, comfortable and wearable. Timo Weiland and his co-designers Alan Eckstein and Donna Kang were inspired by Indonesia local surf culture, that's why you can feel the breeze of a beach wind. Another thing which you can feel is that the scent of a grown up woman, who seeks for every day essentials, which are streamlined and easy to wear.
That's a sweet breezy sweatdress teamed with boat straw hat.
Simple, ready to wear and chic comes in my mind when I see Timo Weiland’s Autumn-Winter collection's runway show. The Fall collection is relaxed, quite country inspired with slight touches of rock and roll. Timo Weiland, Alan Eckstein, and Donna Kang offer us fresh lineup with lots of day wear and evening options made for urban girls. Here are presented ruffled silk dresses, casual cardigans, metallic leather skirts, varsity sweaters, chiffon dresses, flat pleat miniskirts, geometric pattern slim pants. I love the tough strong outerwear which makes these relaxed separates look masculine and edgy, just look at those striped tweed coat, shearling hood and leather sleeves practical puffer coat, shearling leather biker jacket. All in all, Weiland's latest collection is full of casual luxury which is complemented with a fashion-forward twist.
The latest Timo Weiland resort collection is inspired by the graphic influence of Egon Schiele and Gustav Klimt art at the Neue Galerie. Weiland showcases polka dots, classic pinstripes and windowpane checks on plaids, button-ups, pajamalike pants, relaxed dresses, golf pants, sporty tennis skirts. My favorites are biker jackets, sweatshirts and on-trend mules that were created in a collaboration with Tsubo. I personally felt in love in that combination of graphics and femininity, which is updated with flared hemlines and embroidered lace details. The color scheme is quite modern and comes with black, pop of neon green, white, blue and grey.
Timo Weiland presented tough womenswear fall-winter collection. This time designers Timo Weiland and Alan Eckstein offered up-girlish and sharp looks, with femme and khaki touch. The whole collection was inspired by English Tudor houses, and by London girls going to the countryside for the weekend. Here you will find lean suits of navy windowpane check, khaki minidresses with exaggerated godet pleats, mannish coats with oversize shearling lapels, quilted biker jackets, hooded black leather bombers, navy satin one-shoulder cocktail dresses, slouchy gray marl sweaters and foulard-print pencil skirts. All in all, it's 1990s-era with X-Girl vibes with a nod to grunge and polish touch.
They came back in black. Looks like next pre-autumn season will come in dark shades. Lots of designers offer us black outfits in fitted and relaxed shapes. It seems to me, that season by season designers evolving their creations into more elegant and classic ones. My favorite ones are Rag & Bone's , Diesel Black and DKNY outfits, looks sassy.
Abstract Jungle. Timo Weiland and Alan Eckstein present jungle season in Timo Weiland’s pre-autumn womenswear collection. Love that animal crazy print with leopard spot lace and brocade and crystal embroideries and deep sea as inspiration, including underwater print (reminds me Life of Pi movie). Model appears in chic ensembles which look sweet and decorated, I like those wide-leg printed pants, semi-sheer tees, black brocade tuxedo suits and other natty evening looks.
Timo Weiland showcased his latest spring-summer collection at Mercedes Benz NYFW. The women’s clothing designs were full of graffiti treatment, like houndstooth prints in acid yellow. Lots of designs looked youthful and spunky. Models appeared in topcoats, halter dresses, trenches, sheer-collared shirts, flattering cropped cigarette pants, polka-dotted collage dresses, long ivory column gowns, taupe pencil skirts, trapeze skirts, brocade pants.
