Rachel Antonoff Autumn-Winter season's collection is all about school, science, botany and biology lessons. The real story is about love triangle between three characters: A student, Fern, who was having an affair with her teacher, who was having an affair with a different teacher, who's actually in love with Fern. The scholastic theme is seen through preppy separates, fit-and-flare dresses, simple shifts, plaid pleated skirts, fuzzy collegiate sweaters, men’s tuxedos, pajama shirting, and plenty of other commercial appeal garments. Everything looks school inspired, but still a little bit messy.
Here we see a navy suit that consists of a blazer with a prep school-like crest, worn with white blouse and sweatpants-like navy trousers.
Today I'd like to bring you Rachel Antonoff’s awesome and bold Fall-Winter collection's lookbook. The next cold season is inspired by Shockproof Sydney Skate, 1970's a coming-of-age novel written by Marijane Meaker. You are about to see my favorite looks including casual cotton separates, wool overalls with eye-catching "No Smoking" embroidery print, feminine silk wrap dresses and outerwear designs, like those vibrant wrap coats, color-blocking mini-skirts, schoolgirl jackets and knits. I personally felt in love with those tailored sweatpants with an elastic waistband. All in all, Rachel Antonoff brings us a real retro-preppy range of feminine clothes.
This red trench is a real essential for those working ladies who love wearing stylish must-haves.
