1970’s Inspired Looks In Paule Ka Fall-Winter

Parisian label Paule Ka was inspired by the looks worn by Meryl Streep in the movies “Kramer vs. Kramer” and “Manhattan” in its Autumn-Winter collection. I like that special 1970's touch that makes every look unique and sophisticated. You are going to see slim and vertical silhouettes, textured fabrics and strong graphics. Here are presented vintage looking satiny trapeze dresses, rounded-collar black-and-white dresses, twill wide-leg pantsuits, boxy and bi-colored coats, tailored and belted trench-coats, etc. Every single outfit has that special glamour touch that makes it wearable and voguish.

Paule Ka Spring-Summer Feminine Essentials Campaign

I'd like to share with all of you this light and glamor Paule Ka Spring-Summer collection's campaign, which features beautiful British model Karen Elson, who looks like a vintage (kind of pin up girl) garden lady clad in fresh and feminine essentials, that are focused on ladylike silhouettes, elegant cuts, business appropriate separates, like that white sleeveless blouse teamed with white pants, printed sets, red evening dresses and eye-catching accessories, like handbags (the fringed one is my favorite). All in all, the Spring collection by Paule Ka is a real stand out.

Here are presented short A-line dresses accessorized with lace inserts, A-line trenches, slightly cropped pants, little skirt suits, wool miniskirts, volumed short dresses, long-sleeve trapeze dresses. Love the lace inserts, poppy-red, lilac, yellow and black outfits. Paule Ka Resort couture influenced Lookbook

Serge Cajfinger, Paule Ka’s artistic director created a couture influenced resort collection. New pre-Spring season comes with 'backward' looks, including overcoats and dresses that are worn backwards. The color palette of the entire collection comes in red, black, white and some rainbow touch. My favorites here are boxy cream skirt suits, white A-line shape dresses, double-face wool collarless coats and plain black masculine style loafers. All in all, those 1950's style shapes give this particular collection a great look, anyway who said classics have to be boring.
