The Ministry of Industry & Trade of the Russian Federation supported KIDS FASHION FESTIVAL Spring-Summer collections during the fifth day of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia. The event featured Spring-Summer collective show from designers like Polina Golub, Lena Karnauhova, Anna Chakvetadze and her brand Ach Factory, Eugenia Lazareva, designer of the brand MAMANONSTOP, Yulia Karchenkova, Margarita Bykovskaya and BORODULIN’S.
It seems to me that kidswear is a real copy + paste of grown up fashion. Here we see girl wearing a sporty outfit printed in florals. I love the combination of rose print sweatshirt worn atop silken loose-fit elongated blouse-dress which covers floral leggings which are paired with cool sneakers.
I think it's time to jump on the last fifth day of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia. The following images are taken in the backstage. The presented photos will show you everything what happened this day behind the scenes. That's a beautiful fashion model who appears in a red colored bob haircut.

That's my favorite black and white picture from the backstage, which features fashion model's portrait. She appears in a bob haircut and cool, oversized hat.
Is it hard to be a model? Today I want to share with you backstage photos from the third day of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia. You are going to see fun and inspirational images, which feature fabulous make-ups, graffiti printed clothing, oversized hats, vintage menswear apparel, great accessories as well as sports style details. The third day of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week featured diploma show by graduates of the British Higher School of Art and Design, British department (BA(HONS)FASHION), as well as Russian department graduation works. After graduation collections, there was Olga Shurygina, Marina Makaron, Oleg Biryukov and many others. But I want to draw your attention to models who seem to be very professional and ready to walk.
Here we see a fabulous perforated hat, which looks quite retro inspired to me.
The second day of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia started with 075 (ohseventyfive) collection, which was created by designer Julia Caesar, winner of the contest among professional designers named after Nadezhda Lamanova. 075 was followed by the show of Slava Zaitsev’s Fashion Laboratory with works from Katya Aslamova, Lia Gureeva, Natalia Kozhevnikova, Yulia Kupinskaya and Ksenia Shklyaeva. Next one was Sisters Arapkhanovi with ladylike and elegant collection. Young designer Anton Galetsky (GALETSKY) presented back to the future of 1990's fashion. While ZARINA collection showed ladylike outfits. The second part of ZARINA show was made in a collaboration with Natalia Vodianova (Naked Heart Foundation – paintings created by kids with disabilities) printed ensembles. The Spring season was the first for Oksana Fedorova who has recently established brand OFERA. The day’s international program was presented by the Italian brand Antonella Rossi, which showcased long fluid gowns and transparent combinations. Mari Axel was followed by BGN brand which presented its new collection in a collaboration with the well-known stylist Alexander Rogov. The second day was accomplished by Ma Ya by Maria Didarova show. Here are presented the best shots made in the backstage. Hope you will like the images the same as me:
Natalia Vodianova looks gorgeous and beautiful, as always.
On 22 October the 29th season of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia was officially opened. The Week was opened with Vyacheslav Zaitsev collection, then his son Egor Zaitsev presented collection named iVANOVO. The third collection of Spring-Summer season was shown by another member of the renowned designer dynasty – Marusya Zaitseva, followed by the show of Svetlana Tegin, and then Alena Akhmadullina presented her sport chic and art-deco creations. After Akhmadullina, there was ESTER ABNER show, which featured delicate lace and half-transparent fabrics. Then there were Madagascar penguins from Dasha Gauser. The last collection which was presented at the first day of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia was Aleksandr Krisanfov’s show. Most of the named shows were presented on The Best Fashion Blog, that's why I thought you would like to see the backstage images of that day.
The models are posing in front of the mirror. I like the long blond hair model's plaid shirt, looks grunge inspired.
If you want to see women's apparel which is inspired by avant-garde paintings, then you should take a look at the latest Spring-Summer season's collection made by Olga Shurygina, designer of Cap America brand. She presented her looks during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia. The key pieces from her collection are oversize robes with large patch-pockets, camouflage prints, khaki colors, numerous flaps and abstract prints. The color palette includes blue, warm-pink, white, yellow, as well as khaki camel hues. What really caught my attention, then it's the silhouettes of her ensembles, which didn't have classic look, contrary almost every piece comes with slightly angled shape. Speaking of trends, then I would like to underline denim, lightweight linen dresses, midi-ensembles and numerous patch pockets. All in all, minimalism and lightness pervade each creation making it look sophisticated and functional.
The camel khaki ensemble embellished with numerous patch pockets has a mini length. I love the way it's styled with white slippers.
The Russian department of The British Higher School of Art and Design showcased their final course collections made by six graduates. Alina Kovaleva, Anna Ryazanova, Ilya Varegin, Lena Chudnaya, Maryana Sbitneva and Svetlana Salnikova presented their unique creations. Alina Kovaleva (founder of BRAVENTRU) was inspired by transformation and changes of life; Anna Ryazanova showcased her own vision of Kaleidoscope offering its clients the mix of classical suits and patchwork; Lena Chudnaya's URBAN PSYCHO is all about contemporary urban style and white office ‘collars’; Ilya Varegin (INFUNDIBULUM brand) presented functional decorations; UNUM NULLA brand (designer of the brand – Maryana Sbitneva) delivered collection 10, which consisted of amazing print which was created in the process of photographing dunite mineral; Svetlana Salnikova (Fy:r) showed The Daily Circus which was inspired by the metaphor that ‘every person lives his life as if a circus performer on the arena’. I personally felt in love with each of the showcased looks. How about you?
The female model appears on the catwalk wearing a robe coat in navy color, which is styled with relaxed tee and loose-fit, blue pants.
During the third day of MBFW Russia graduates of the British Higher School of Art and Design showcased their diploma Spring-Summer collections. You are about to see 6 young designers who demonstrated their creations. The British department consisted of unique collections: Yulia Erokhina's The Absorpition of The Self is the history of escapism and transformation of the corporate ‘I’; Anastasia Bernatskaya collection was all about Urban Garden unique prints made of illegal ads about apartment search; Collection Chimaeras by Vera Kulshitskaya was about shaping a new creature of various human and animal body parts; Yulia Pakalina designed collection The Concealed which was all about self-censorship; Daria Shiroko's The 5th Land draws parallel between the mind-blowing experience and death; Anna Azevich's Pilgrimage was inspired by the silhouettes of priests’ apparel.
Remember movie Tron2? This outfit reminds me of a fashion-forward urban look which is Tron2 inspired.
