Designer Giambattista Valli behind Moncler Gamme Rouge revealed a sporty collection of men's and women's warm and comfortable ski and city appropriate outerwear made of luxe materials for the next Autumn-Winterseason. You are about to see here coats which are worn with leggings and cool, comfort shoe-sneakers. The show can be divided into three distinct parts, as the screens behind models changed during the runway show (icebergs, fiery landscape and urban environment). Some of the prints came from graffiti artist Maurizio Cannavacciuolo.
Here are amazing images taken from Moncler Gamme Rouge spring-summer show, which theme was warmer and it felt jungle and sharp safari inspired. The upcoming season comes with sports shorts, jackets, feathery sleeves, leopard, zebra, giraffe and snake print garments. Designer Giambattista Valli offered an urban jungle theme which is perfect for street style warriors. I personally felt in love with those sporty cuts and animal prints. Male and female models appeared on the catwalk wearing slightly oversize clothing for men and more fitted looks for ladies. My personal favorites from the show are sandy beige outfits, that included board shorts and easy anoraks, snake skin print coats, sporty pants, zip front dresses and hoodie-dresses peppered with feathers as well as extra-large backpacks. Love that modern combination of sporty cuts and animal prints.
Some experts say this Fall-Winter season is going to be very, very cold time, that's why Moncler Gamme Rouge offers fur-clad outerwear, including substantial parkas, parkas accessorized with hoods, mitts, and laced-up cuissardes. Models looked like rugged ice princesses clad in blockbuster outerwear designs, which remind me of an Arctic odyssey. Label's creative director Giambattista Valli offers cape shape-like outerwear, warm down coats with crystal embellishments, mountain climbers outerwear like utilitarian jackets, ivory vests, fuzzy sweaters and big hiking-style backpacks.
Straightforward urban. Sophisticated ready-to-wear menswear Spring-Summer collection by Moncler Gamme Rouge is all about nautical inspired sportswear. “Gamme Rouge” was added to the brand's name with Giambattista Valli as creative director. Moncler Gamme Rouge has once again proved that is still able produce a very coherent and playful collections. New spring season reminds me late 70s American TV-series “Love Boat,” male models in their bathrobes, white sporty coats, preppy white or red colored looks, sporty shorts, sleek working shirts, summery hats and sunglasses. All in all, it's very playful men's collection.
In the latest issue of Grazia Italy you will find lots of colorful and in some way even futuristic sportswear looks. Model Lejla Hodzic sports colorful designs from the labels like Barbara Bui, Moncler Gamme Rouge, Raf Simmons, Marc Jacobs and other.
