Relaxed And Tailored Grunge Looks In Marc Jacobs Fall-Winter Menswear

Marc Jacobs Autumn-Winter season's menswear collection features relaxed and tailored grunge looks. Label's menswear designer Karl Aberg offers elongated silhouettes and loose-fit tailoring. You are going to find here tops in leopard print, cashmere silk sweats, pilled cashmere sweaters, French terry merino sweatshirts, M65 jackets lined in beaver, tied coats, leather jackets, grandpa cardigan sweaters, etc. I personally like the way Aberg manages bringing together formal and casual elements adding fresh details and proportions.

Marc by Marc Jacobs Fall-Winter Looks For SHOPBOP

Sports school girl inspired looks are showcased in the latest Shopbop lookbook, where fashion model Stella Maxwell appears in Marc by Marc Jacobs Autumn-Winter season's creations. We are about to fall in the collection of tough looks, which have sporty race track touches, bright colors and modern lengths. I personally find Luella Bartley and Katie Hillier designers (behind Marc by Marc Jacobs) to be creative and colorful. I advice you to take a closer look at this collection, which is ideal for those girls and ladies who want to show off at school, high-school parties and everyday wear.

Marc By Marc Jacobs Spring-Summer Bold and Colorful Menswear

Today I bring you Marc by Marc Jacobs Spring season's collection for men. The main inspiration for summer is a surf culture. We see bold and colorful looks with tribal prints and patchwork, like ornate Indian embroidery. The male models appear in waterproof rubber raincoats, wide range of sleeveless jackets, denim shorts, striped skinnies, cotton and jacquard blazers, indigo denim, flared jeans, bright Birk-style sandals, leather accessories and large travel backpacks. I personally feel kind of 1970s inspired punk movement, which makes these clothes stand out from the crowd.

Marc Jacobs Spring-Summer Sophisticated and Fun Menswear

The latest Spring-Summer collection of menswear looks made by Marc Jacobs looks both sophisticated and fun, as well as functional. The presented outfits look dressy, timeless and party-appropriate. We see strong accents of tailoring techniques and retro touches. I personally felt in love with the flamingo-print (shirts with allover this print and on the back of bowling-style jacket) and sportswear touches, like those satin sneakers, sandals and printed camp shirts. Another thing which makes me love this collection is the color palette, which features cream-colored, soft-pink and crispy white looks. All in all, we see functional tailoring separates, cocktail attire and vacation essentials.

We have chance to see Marc by Marc Jacobs #CastMeMarc campaign images which feature male and female models who were selected via Instagram. We see them posing in white studio images wearing bold looks, featuring awesome wrap jackets, bombers, loose-fit suits and plaid, creative tops. The hair of models range from neon blue and pink hued to red and ginger. I like those bobs and braided hairstyles. Overall, campaign looks fresh, punk-inspired and colorful.

Marc Jacobs Men Autumn-Winter Seventies Vibe Lookbook

Please welcome early 1970's vibe in the latest Marc Jacobs Autumn-Winter menswear lookbook. As you can see from the images below, men's line is all about luxury vibe, which is inspired by the style icons of the seventies, like Bryan Ferry and Jack Nicholson. What really caught my eyes, was the peacock-feather print, which showed up in suits. All in all, that's a retro collection with fun details.

Marc by Marc Jacobs Resort Feminine Power Vibes

Katie Hillier and Luella Bartley behind Marc by Marc Jacobs reveal new resort season's collection. Marc Jacobs diffusion line features feminine looks and "girl power" vibes, while still there are strong, tough and boyish elements. The lookbook features one strap overall skirts, 1950's inspired floral dresses, pleated baggy trousers, basic printed button-downs and denim jumpsuits. Love the classic woman shapes, bright abstract florals and that special sporty vibe. All in all, let's have a closer view at these original outfits.

Marc Jacobs Summer Women’s Sunglasses

Let's have a look at Marc Jacobs Summer Eyewear campaign's images from the video titled "Sunny Side of the Mountain," where model appears in a countryside doing house stuff, while wearing Marc Jacobs amazing ensembles and new collection eyewear. You are about to see original 1950's vintage inspired styles in unique frames with engraved logo and metal detailing. I find this campaign quite ridiculous, as doing such hard work and wearing luxurious clothes, it looks quite miserable, but let's forget this funny video and see those stylish sunnies. Love the graphic shapes and bright see-through unexpected colors.

New York Fashion Week: Marc by Marc Jacobs Fall-Winter Sporty Military

Sporty, masculine, ninjas, grunge, motocross, military comes in my mind when I see images from Marc by Marc Jacobs Fall-Winter latest fashion show. Models appeared on the catwalk wearing plain black shirts worn over white turtleneck bodysuits, T-shirt dresses, distressed jeans, long wrap skirts, coats, sharp blazers, oversize waffle sweaters, military jackets. If we speak about accessories, then the show featured exaggerated origamilike bows, sneakers mixed with boots, black obi belts, giant high-tops. British duo Katie Hillier and Luella Bartley behind Marc By Marc Jacobs presented street culture vibes with sporty references and grunge touches. That's a story of a tough girl, who is active, energetic, spunky and sulky. The motifs are really outstanding, as designers mixed BMX style with Japanese manga, warrior motifs and tomboy attitude. That's truly a fashion forward collection with lots outstanding and aggressive looks.
