L'Wren Scott reveals her Spring-Summer collection's show which was inspired by 16th century Japan, the art of dressing during Momoyama period. My personal favorites from the show are kimono sleeve dress and pantsuit with wisteria embroidery. Well, I personally find these looks elegant, beautiful and really wearable (for special occasions though), just look at those bow-belted waists, that makes your silhouette feminine and eye-catching. You can wear these gorgeous creations at special events or business lunches. Those billowing kimonos in red and black lace takes us to Japan. Everything looks so polished and sparkling, thanks to bright colors of the dresses. Every piece is glamor, fitted and structured.
L’Wren Scott presented new Fall-Winter women's ready to wear collection during London Fashion Week. New winter season's theme is "Dreaming of decadence." Hollywood glamour is the main setting, with a nod to 1940's gone 1970's retro touch. As you already noticed by the images, he designs clothes for good shape girls and women who want to show off their beautiful silhouettes. Models appeared in flirty, small-waisted coatdresses, long structured capes in gold leather embroideries, slinky evening column dresses, coats and capes with swirling patterns, fishtail evening dresses. What I really like about Scott's collections is the amazing attention to cut, details and silhouettes.
