Alber Elbaz behind Lanvin showcased a stunning pre-fall collection of women's transitional garments for day and evening wear. As you all know, Elbaz pays a great attention to clothing details and elements. The Autumn-Winter pre-collection comes with luxe materials and patterns, including furs, feathers, snakeskin leather, Houndstooth and animal prints. There is kind of boho touch in these looks. The color palette consists mostly of black, white and red. I personally felt in love with animal printed (leopard spots in various scales) outerwear staples embellished with furs. There are many interesting designs, including coats covered in gold glittering and fur lining details, high, leather boots and massive metallic accessories (chains, jewelry, chain necklaces, bracelets). Elbaz takes a more relaxed approach to pre-fall with a kind of rock-and-roll attitude. Most of looks come with Parisian ease

I officially declare that “bow ties are cool” and it's the right time to pick up your favorite styles, which can be easily incorporated with any of your outfits, starting from office to casual and formal looks. Just imagine yourself walking down the streets and proudly wearing one of these amazing bow ties. This accessory is a real popular piece in every modern woman's wardrobe. We see lots fashionistas and celebrity trendsetters wearing this eye-catching items. Over the past years, I have noticed women pairing this bright accessory with their cool moto jackets, awesome button down blouses with suspenders and black blazers. Some time ago this piece was associated with geeks only, but thanks to the contemporary colors and trends this item has evolved into an avant-garde must-have. So, stop feeling shy and add that necktie into your wardrobe.

French fashion house Lanvin reveals menswear Autumn-Winter season's campaign, which features British fashion model Edie Campbell family members. The model's family is portrayed as the modern-day Tenenbaums. We see awesome casual, sportswear separates, as well as elegant suits. I personally love the way these people are shot, as we see a white room and perfect wardrobe looks. As you can see, Lanvin makes ordinary things look original and very unique, just take a quick look at the second image below, where two guys sit in everyday suits style with vibrant, neon blue and pink shoes, love it!
Love this portrait which features a guy who poses with a flower and a backpack, sporting smart-casual suit for everyday wear.
I'd like to share with you Lanvin's Autumn-Winter season's campaign which features British model Edie Campbell and her whole family, including mother Sophie Hicks, father Roddy Campbell, sister Olympia and brother. The campaign was inspired by the brand’s 125th year anniversary. The Fall collection is focused on metallics, lush materials, like furs, fringes and feather, that's why we see these awesome volume-filled pieces. Alber Elbaz delivers lush embellishments and dramatic details. I love those fringe-adorned hats, ruffled ensembles and streamlined silhouettes.
An embellished dress looks gorgeous paired with this evening bag with chain shoulder-strap.
Let's get ready for retro party and see my favorites from Lanvin Resort season's collection. Alber Elbaz behind Lanvin presented evening, downtown and uptown looks in colorful and muted colors. Here are showcased rich style options, starting from glamor rock vibes to the Disco 1970's. The fabrics include crepe, silk, taffeta and other technical fabrics. Love the way scarves are tied around the neck. All in all, it's a rich with options collection, which is elegant and easy to wear.

The fall-winter collection from Lanvin delivers us opulent furs, ruffles, fringes and volume-filled outfits. Label's designer Alber Elbaz explored gorgeous embellishments, where I personally like fringed hats, ruffled skirts and frayed tweeds. You are about to explore extreme and extravagant streamlined silhouettes with a distinctive freedom of movement. Models appeared on the catwalk wearing pleated skirts, lone sleek leather trenches, floor-sweeping gowns, roomy dresses decorated in bugle beads, as well as bulky coats and bubble-skirted slipdresses. Designer also played with textures offering occasionally dark and light looks. All in all, Lanvin's fall season is about fur-embellished power woman who is self-confident and keeps moving elegantly.
Let the Spring-Summer shine like a falling star, as we are about to view Lanvin's spring runway show. My favorites from the show are drop waist flapper dresses, wide-cuffed jackets, metallic shining totes, padded metallic silk bags, opulent jewelry, and ribbon-ankled heels. Alber Elbaz gives us sparkled and shimmering collection featuring colors like gold, maroon, peach, pale green, bronze and raspberry. Love the crystals appearance that embellished almost every look. We see feminine silhouettes and pretty shapes, that feature dresses, blouses and wrapped layers, like those trench coats in soft leather. The upcoming warm spring will be a shiny season, as Elbaz goes for jewel-toned hues. I personally like the presented wearable luxury garments, that come in classic staples like pencil skirts, traditional menswear inspired pieces, like jackets and fitted trousers.
Alber Elbaz behind Lanvin showcases his latest pre-Fall collection's lookbook of women's transitional garments. The next pre-season's collection was focused on alluring sporty daywear garments which look fun and creative, indeed, I have kind of couture feeling about these garments. Short hair blonde fashion model appears in jogging pants, satin bustier tops, goat-fur trenchcoats, smoking jackets paired with track pants, jersey coats, relaxed eveningwear, like dark green tent gowns, one-shoulder jersey party dresses, glamorous leopard-spot coats. I personally love that label's signature cocktail fare which features in each label's creation, it feels like we see a boho style mixed with 1970's diva star.
Alber Elbaz behind Lanvin showcased truly ladylike Autumn-Winter womenswear collection during Paris Fashion Week. Models appeared in crepe LBD's, bouncy skirts, floral appliquéd tracksuits, fifties cocktail dresses, velvet little black dresses, ballet flats. Elbaz offers blisteringly embellished with jewelry and bug brooches and perfectly simple looks. In other words, designer knows how complex women are, that's why he offers plain sleeveless dresses at one moment and blouses with conceptual multicolored plastic flowers next moment. Here you will find refreshingly modern and old-style fashion daywear tailoring pieces. Love that carefree and elegant spirit which is felt during the whole show.
Here is another part of Paris Fashion Week menswear best shows. During Spring-Summer presenteations I marked several designers who showcased interesting creations. Let's start from Lanvin, which mixed formal with informal looks, offering classic suits, shirts (remind me of leather jackets), workwear overalls, colorful striped bright shirts.
