LACOSTE L!VE Fall-Winter Men’s Knitwear and Outerwear

Lacoste L!VE, a streetcar sub-label of Lacoste, has revealed its latest Autumn-Winter season's lookbook of men's apparel collection. This season includes all men's essentials, starting from knitwear and outerwear, to color-blocking shirts, comfortable bottoms, headwear and eye-catching accessories. I personally like the use of vibrant colors and patterns, which adds a modern, sports feeling about this clothing. The brand has divided its new season into three distinct lines: Bugged Out, Neon facets and University variations. The first line features pixelated ruffles, second line includes swing and neon lights, crystal clear lines which highlight urban wardrobe and the last one is ideal for Friday's cocktail hours.

Lacoste Autumn-Winter Sporty and Polished

Let's welcome latest Lacoste Fall-Winter ready to wear collection's runway show which was presented during New York Fashion Week. Label's creative director Felipe Oliveira Baptista took us into sporty glam world with athletic inspired silhouettes, that was the way he reconceptualized the golf wear, taking us two steps forward, while the starting point of winter collection was Chantaco, a golf course Lacoste's father-in-law designed in the 1920s. The men's and women's lines are sporty, relaxed and polished, but still extremely wearable. Models appeared on the catwalk wearing hooded sweatshirts, abstract motif oversize white sweaters, slouchy track pants, fit and flare skirts, chunky knit sweaters, pouched tops and beanies.

Lacoste Spring-Summer Tennis Court Inspired Looks

Felipe Oliveira Baptista behind Lacoste presented tennis court inspired spring-summer collection of women's and men's looks. The starting mood of the line was quite pajama-style, as we see models wearing crisp cotton shirts, skirts and then it goes for silk showing us contrast details. I like that idea which takes us from the 1930 to modern days offering us bold tennis motif prints. So, we are about to see minimalist collection with sculptural structured designs including high waisted pants, classic tennis dresses, baseball jackets, delicate knit dresses, rugby stripe sheath dresses, easy coats, fine knitwear, nylon suits, slinky knit shirt dresses. Love the shoes of the spring season, as it's very sporty and stylish: trainers with thin-soles and low-profile.

New York Fashion Week: Lacoste RTW Fall-Winter Futuristic Touch

Futuristic Touch. Lacoste artistic director Felipe Oliveira Baptista described the latest fall-winter collection as “an imaginary Antarctic expedition,” which appeared to be more structured. I feel creativity and innovation in these modern creations, it's not just classic polo shirt collection, it's something more and gorgeous. What I particularly like in this collection is the exaggerated, rounded shoulders that appear like cocoon on many looks. Here you will find sweat suits with ice floe pattern, iceberg prints on coats and jackets, rounded tops, pencil skirts, cropped pants, leather dresses with diagonal zips, colorblocked voluminous sweatshirts and cobalt sheaths with pockets. New season is less commercial and it is done with more experimental fashion touch.

Lacoste Pre-Autumn-Winter Nautical Collection For Women

Get Nauti...cal! Lacoste unveils its Fall-Winter pre-collection of women's clothing collection, which is inspired by nautical and ski-resort themes. Fashion model Ruby Aldridge appears in colroful striped, relaxed sportswear clothing. Adore these lightweight separates, winter touch fabrics, including wool and cashmere knits. What I find really cool in this collection: relaxed turtlenecks in mustard hue, looks fashionable, loose fitted coat, nautical striped sweatdresses, fitted trousers and biker inspired wool jackets. Here are showcased stunning accessories, like “Cathy” bags, “Amelia” zipped clutch, and the “L.12.12 Fantaisie” large tote.

Lacoste Spring-Summer Ready to Wear

Sci-fi Classic Sports Style. Lacoste creative director Felipe Oliveira Baptista showcased new Spring-Summer collection of women’s ready to wear looks during New York Fashion Week. Spring season is inspired by the 1980’s archives of label, it’s probably because Lacoste is celebrating its 80th anniversary. Models appeared on the catwalk, sporting shell suits, tracksuits, shorts, and high-waisted pants, jersey pencil skirts, blouses, translucent plastic raincoats, waffle-textured blazers, tennis-inspired prints, extended polo shirt dresses. I like that eighties-rific color blocking: blistering red, fiery orange, electric, or I would say cobalt blue. Overall, Baptista offers minimal urban sportswear with futuristic touch and vibrant urban shapes for sporty girls.

New York Fashion Week: Lacoste Spring-Summer Menswear

Lacoste Boys. Fashion designer Felipe Oliveira Baptista behind Lacoste delivers a sporty spring-summer menswear lineup. I'd say it's kind of modern retouch of label's history classic looks. Here you will see reworks of iconic Lacoste polos (boxy buttonless polo-shirts and even with long sleeves). Overall, you can feel the voluminous approach and cool prints which decorated relaxed and easy tops and shorts.
