I am happy to share with all of you this awesome spring-summer season's campaign from KENZO. You are going to see a combination for bright and futuristic inspirations for men's and women's clothing lines. Parisian fashion house creative directors Humberto Leon and Carol Lim have once again teamed with talents of TOILETPAPER (artist Maurizio Cattelan, photographer Pierpaolo Ferrari and art director, Micol Talso) and reveal us an imaginative Kenzo world, where we see graphics, modern city scape, optimistic utopia touches and surprising details. Models Mona Matsuoka and Zhao Qinghe are wearing colorful, vibrant designs with futuristic touches. I personally felt in love with optimistic contrasts an vibrant details.
Creative directors Carol Lim and Humberto Leon behind Kenzo presented a fabulous pre-Fall collection of women's transitional garments. The clothes were tribal inspired and very individual. Kenzo offers its clientèle expressive, urban nomad outfits updated with psychedelic touches, as we see eye-catching prints, furry footwear and contemporary robust coats. I love the way Lim and Leon updated fashion house classic nomadic tribe, offering us modern details and silhouettes. You are going to see here graphic black-and-white hieroglyphs prints, word 'LOVE' was repeated and used as a graphic print on knits, big volumes, vibrant colors and fuzzy faux furs. All in all, if you want to stand out from the crowd, then you gonna love this pre-collection.
Fuzzy fur hat looks awesome styled with a vibrantly printed and colored coat. I love the way LOVE trousers are tucked in bright orange leather booties embellished with furs.

Kenzo offers bright graphics, geometrics, polka dots and sporty silhouettes in the latest resort season's collection. Humberto Leon and Carol Lim behind the brand offer working style outfits with unique French flair and graphic sensibility. The overall mood is youthful and full of energy. I personally consider lots of outfits to be sophisticated and city wear appropriate. Each piece has that playful touch of Parisian vibe and nautical theme details, which look quite timeless to me.
That's a cool puffed-up anorak tucked inside cargo style cropped pants.
Humberto Leon and Carol Lim behind Kenzo presented their new Autumn-Winter collection during Paris Fashion Week. The designers asked David Lynch to do the music and the set for their show, so we have chance to see special effects, like sculpture of creepy dead head which can be spotted on the background of the runway. The idea was taken from director's 1990's mysterious television drama "Twin Peaks." The creative set was only beginning, as we see weird clash of patterns, bold colors which feature sharp tailoring outfits and voluminous coats. Here are presented mannish quilt patterned three piece suits, full and pleated skirts, knit sweaters with origami-like folds, ribbed knit separates, long quilted parkas. I personally felt in love with the showcased psychedelic graphic prints. The color palette features black, white, acid-yellow, gray, citron green, burnt orange. All in all, the next fall season plays with proportions.
Kenzo Spring-Summer season is inspired by the ocean and open water. Brand's designers Humberto Leon and Carol Lim were influenced by sea colors and patterns, indeed, this reference was seen in crop tops, skirts which were finished in wave-shapes. Here are presented easy and wearable clothes, including boxy shoulder jackets, calf length trousers and skirts, cool sunglasses, high heel sandals and large, oversized printed clutches and bags. Let's observe this collection, which is full of youthful and energetic looks. We see contemporary and street style inspired garments, that come in beautiful color shades of red, white and black (monochrome). I personally love the melting-fish print. All in all, we see fun clothes that people want to wear and make others happier.
