The Fall-Winter pre-season for Jonathan Saunders comes with bold colors, asymmetrical stripes, feminine graphics, flowers and uncommon combinations. Saunders offers masculine silhouettes with great balance between modernity and femininity. I love the way he's using contrasting fabrics with bright colors, offering us complex and delicate mash-ups. Saunders contrasted natural fabrics with vivid ones. Each garment has its own mood and spirit.
How about preppy and sportive touch which is seen in the latest Jonathan Saunders resort season. Saunders was inspired by the creative works of Italian architect and designer Ettore Sottsass (one of the founders of the Memphis design movement), as he wanted to evoke the look of designer's interiors. We see Sottsass touches in Saunder's graphics, exaggerated silhouettes and heavy knits. We see luxe and bold color accents, including gold, bronze and silver. I personally consider the latest Saunders work to be very attractive featuring that special bourgeois feel. All in all, pre-spring season seems to be more commercial, ready to wear and straightforward.

Here is another athletic inspired spring-summer season's menswear collection made by Scottish designer Jonathan Saunders. This season was inspired by Italian interiors from the early 1980's- post modern design crew, The Memphis Group. Saunders was focused on details, that's why we see here refined and elegant knitwear pieces and statement bombers. It's a grown up collection with bright and eye-catching pieces. You are about to see spectacular creations made in luxe and refreshing colors, including gold, white, warm yellow, blue, grey and cream hues. Saunders client is a sophisticated person who is looking for high quality apparel. This season designer played with textures and bright combinations.

Please welcome Jonathan Saunders latest Pre-Fall women's collection of contemporary wardrobe designs. You are about to see sporty sweaters, knee-length dresses in Art Nouveau-inspired prints, cashmere oversize sweaters, blouson jackets, simple shift dresses, pleated skirts, blazers worn with striped tees and relaxed trousers. The pre-collection's color palette is a bit harder and more industrial, as we see here bright red, olive which looked like khaki green, salmon pink, black, white and pale turquoise. That's an endless combination of beautiful boys and girls wear, that features boyfriend tailoring with a tomboy confidence and oversize knitwear, we feel a real air of sophisticated vintage. All in all, Jonathan Saunders pre-season comes with precious prints, quality and smart separates.
Jonathan Saunders Autumn-Winter season is inspired by the 1980's freedom of expression, when no one had any money. Saunders mixed bright colors and prints offering us joyful checks, stripes, William Morris wallpaper prints. I personally like those street style and sport-inspired separates, like those tracksuit inspired trousers with red stripes, tennis sweaters, baseball jackets, silver leather jacket and short cashmere felt jackets. For some of you these pieces might seem quite funny, but take a closer view at those casually luxurious fabrics that make these garments look rich and precious. My favorites are easy separates like the silver leather blouson and single-breasted coat, red track pants and long, chunky orange and sky blue scarf.
Scottish designer Jonathan Saunders revealed his spring-summer collection of women's beautiful garments that are inspired by freedom and free spirit. Models appeared in silky satin Bermuda shorts, satin embroidered bomber jackets, slouchy tracksuit trousers, 1970's inspired cropped, feminine dresses with floral embroideries and appliqué, tiered pleat skirts, slinky ombre skirts, embroidered cardigans and colored granny glasses. Anyway, you can feel that masculine touch which features almost every look. Love the psychedelic color palette, featuring orange with purple, burgundy, baby blue, shell pink. You are about to see easiness, All in all, it's collection of commercial and effortless ready to wear clothes, that come in strong fabrics, youthful and sporty elements, patterns and graphic prints.
Jonathan Saunders presented bold Autumn-Winter collection of women's charming, ladylike, architectural clothing. I love that special modern and 1950's and 1960's inspired mix. New winter season is warm and woolly with a hint of rubber and vinyl. Love the models beauty tips, like peek-a-boo hairdos. The color palette is rust, mustard, baby pink and sky blue. Models appeared in simply-tailored wool coats, glossy rubber-like corsets and bodices, conservative 1950s-inspired frocks, oversized v-neck sweaters, full-skirted frocks, vinyl circle skirts, pencil skirts, kinky eveningwear like structured strapless red dress.
Jonathan Saunders resort collection comes with a lot of bright colors, including graphic red, white and washed out neons. pre-spring-sumemr season comes with sharp and sporty outfits, including elastic-waist shorts, green trench coats, printed chiffon evening gown, double-face jerseys, sheaths and cardis. The colors are inspired by graphic designer Peter Saville works (artwork for Pet Shop Boys and New Order) and it looks like they were taken from a Candyland, while the prints are afflicted by Italian architect Ettore Sottsass and his Ultrafragola mirror. The patterns are quite psychedelic to me, take look at these oversize florals, black and white flowers on yellow, orange background, fresh and bright.
Fresh and Colorful. Jonathan Saunders showcased more feminine and lighter pre-Fall women's collection, which is inspired by 1950's photo of Jackson Pollock and a girlfriend. As you see below, collection consists of light fabrics, digital, vibrant prints, clean silhouettes and ladylike styles. Model appeared in ombré pencil skirts, viscose separates with silk floral appliqués, sleeveless cobalt dresses, boxy jackets and depth prints, like those laser-cut ocher flowers.
Printed and Colorful Shining Stars or Disco Time. Jonathan Saunders presented his new Spring-Summer collection during London Fashion Week earlier this year. As Jonathan said: “It was all about everything I love.” Models donned simple, hot and perfect fitted garments: daywear separates, nude mesh tops, colorful A-line shift dresses, metallic leather pencil skirts, embroidered knitwear, asymmetric chiffon dresses and flippy evening dresses. Love the graphic metallic foiled stripes which came in horizontal, vertical and diagonal. All in all, these garments are meant for those women, who wants to balance simplicity and decoration.
