Emilio Pucci Resort Classic Sixties Silhouettes

This time I want to share with you best looks from Emilio Pucci Resort collection. Label's creative director Peter Dundas was inspired by the 1960's classic silhouettes. We see classic, colorful prints combined with Sailor Breton stripes and Sardinian carpet motifs. The sixties vibe makes these looks stand out from other collections. The color palette comes with black and white monochromes, simple pastels, navy, pale yellow, brown and pale pink. We see soft and hard fabrics, structured and easy silhouettes. Love that fresh summer feel.

That's Vibrant, Glamor and Excellent show. Today I want to share with all of you Autumn-Winter collection from Emilio Pucci, which is nomadic and bohemian inspired. Models walked down the runway sporting brown leather pants, pony-hair parkas, fringed ponchos in Navajo-inspired knit pattern, shearling moto jackets, fringed sweaters, crystal embellished gowns, mini dresses, slim-fitted pantsuits, woven stiletto sandals and deer skin boots. Emilio Pucci Spring-Summer Gym Streetwear

During Milan Fashion Week Emilio Pucci showcased new Spring-Summer collection's runway show, which was all about streetwear inspired gym clothes. It feels like label's designer Peter Dundas was inspired by the lately dressing of musicians like Rita Ora and Beyoncé, so that experience has energized him. Dundas mashed up basketball, scuba, boxing gear together and accessorzied everything with Masai embroideries. Here you will see beaded bustier dresses, tank tops, track pants, draped silk jersey skirts, printed parkas, allover beaded hoodies, billowing jumpsuits, djellaba and sarouel pants, long dresses made from beaded basketball mesh, scuba suits with slightly opened zippers. Women’s New Fashion Trend: digital print

Well, actually it's not a new trend, yet thanks to the latest spring collections- digital print became abstract, having contrast graphics and even canvas paintings are transferred on the fabrics of designers dresses and shirts. I like those colored spots that develop into intricate forms, floral patterns and the graphic mixes, so it's no surprise that those prints become a new digital-art. Here below you will find impressive and fashionable art creations from the likes of Peter Pilotto, Roberto Cavalli, Emilio Pucci and Mary Katrantzou.

Women’s Wedge Sandals: Piece of Art

Platform summer sandals were always in the center of designers attention. Designers have always been experimenting with designs and shapes of these shoes. The main art trend to wedge sandals was given by Dolce and Gabbana, who accessorized shoes with paintings of flowers. The Alexander McQueen sandals are impressive and really look like a piece of art and I love those ones with bees and transparent plastic platforms that were filled with honeycombs. Here below you will find different wedge sandal designs from the likes of Alexander McQueen, Ralph Lauren, Emilio Pucci, Charlotte Olympia, Pierre Hardy, Donna Karan, Dolce & Gabbana and Stuart Weitzman.
