Today I want to share with you this great runway show from Mercedes-Benz Madrid Fashion Week. Elena Rial Spring-Summer collection was inspired by a reclusive American writer and artist Henry Darger, who has become famous for his posthumously discovered 15,145-page, single-spaced fantasy manuscript called The Story of the Vivian Girls. Each piece from Elena Rial's new collection looks fabtastic, charming and mysterious. What I like about Rial's work, then it's the kind of mystery, which can be seen in every designer's creation, making it look sophisticated and somewhat retro inspired. We see simple fabric looks made mostly of cotton. Speaking of color palette, then it features calm pastel hues, with touches pale pink, navy, pale yellow, red and pastel fuchsia. I hope you are ready to take a tour in a charming, full of mystery and fantasy Elena Rial universe.
The female model walks down the runway wearing a sculptor's head on her head. I love the vintage, pale pink shirt-dress with a pleated skirt.
