I have already shared with you Vladimir Karaleev Fall 2015 season women's line and today we are going to take a look at men's Autumn collection. What did I like about men's line? I was amazed by Karaleev's modified modern clothing, his innovative shapes and material contrasts. Designer has modified contemporary staples, by offering his clients frayed, cropped and elongated garments.
The color palette features blue, grey, black, red and navy hues. Personally, I like the way he created modern patchwork that looks much more like an avant-garde style. Karaleev described his work as “a balance between geometrically abstracted lines and functionality.” We see blocks of blue and grey across long sleeve tops, wool outerwear pieces, rich blue trousers, patchwork colorblocking T-shirts, relaxed fit coats, turtlenecks and collarless bombers. The garments underline the individuality of its wearer, while a person remains the focal point. I would say it's a patchwork wearable minimalism with a great combination of fabrics. I am so in love with Karaleev’s passion on the mixing and matching of different fabrics.
