Let's continue our trip into spring-summer menswear collections which were showcased during Paris Fashion Week. Givenchy presented three main trends in its latest show, which included eye-catching prints, sport style and 1990's inspired silhouettes. Here you will see reel to reel tape recorders images printed on parkas, basketball shorts, leggings, shirts. I like those colorful stripes, photo prints, cosmic characters.
Kris Van Assche mixed anoraks with trench-coats. Male models appeared in "shirts" with hoods, which reminded me of protective jackets, while trench-coats weren't classic, rather minimalistic with sport style touch. New collection looks simple and wearable.
Loewe concentrated on active, traveling and sports wear essentials, jackets, shorts, sneakers, roomy travel bags. My favorites here are waterproof leather anoraks, lightweight suede polo shirts and preforated leather blazer.
Berluti showcased classic gentleman's collection, which featured pantsuits with shirts and neck scarves, gilets with butterflies, boater hats and cropped pants.
Louis Vuitton spring-summer 2014 collection was all about American road trips, hippies and rangers. My favorites are checkered suits, neck scarves, leather jackets, university style bombers and loose-fitted jumpers.
Dries Van Noten presented menswear collection which was full of flowers, leafs and branches printed on dark trench-coats, shirts and pants. I personally love that use of feminine fabrics for making classic menswear pantsuits.
Alexander Wang menswear collection was simple and clear. Here are presented sportstyle tops, shirts and pants. This collection is meant for masculine, strong men, who love sports and aren't crazy about fashion. My favorites from this particular collection are perforated shirts, Bermuda shorts, leather caps, sneakers.
