The design trio Timo Weiland, Alan Eckstein, and Donna Kang behind American designer brand Timo Weiland presented classic lines, slim-fitting silhouettes, thoughtful details, retro prints in the latest hyper youthful and ultra cool men's Spring 2016 presentation. The color palette includes red, green, blue, navy, white and black.
I am so in love with windowpane plaid motif what appears on trousers and woven shirts. There is kind of sweet charm that comes across in the boyish styling. You are gonna fall in love with straight-leg trousers, digital print tops, slouchy shorts, static print crewneck intarsia sweaters (looks like TV screen), ever-so-slightly flared trousers, lace-up shoes, etc. The outerwear is inspired by classic jacket silhouettes from the 1950's with elevated fabrics, including silk, pin-striped bomber jackets, white Japanese luxe denim jackets, suede baseball jackets and lightweight old-school blousons. New collection's vibe is “The controlled chaos of life in NYC.” It feels like designers have imagined a youthful summer in the city while creating spring collection. All in all, garments are classic and slim-fit.
