Sandro offers us preppy touches in its latest Autumn-Winter 2015-2016 season's menswear lookbook. Creative director Ilan Chetrite tried to capture a broad spectrum of the city's archetypes, combining young businessman, musician and chauffeur styles. You are going to see here slim suits, awesome leather jackets covered in patches, cool parkas, versatile utility jackets, original car coats, etc.
The patched biker leather jacket is worn atop olive green top that is tucked in washed blue jeans that are styled with black shoes with white laces.
The overall touch is somewhat elegant with pretty punk and rock details. Anyway, proportions are elegant, truly original and contemporary. The colors are earth grounded and cold, consisting of grey, dark blue, black, cold white, khaki, etc. Thanks to the cool carcoats, turtlenecks, high-waisted straight leg pants that are cut short at the ankle, white socks and oversized shoes we see kind of jungle-ready look. The focus is set on different proportions and inspirations. I personally have a kind of New Wave normcore feeling about these looks. Some of the outfits are quite weird, as I don't find ankle-length trousers and patches to be something special and functional. Anyway, let's have a detailed look at the presented outfits:
We see a military green parka with a cool fur lining hood. You can wear it with a white turtleneck and pleated black trousers teamed with eye-catching runners.
The patched black pullover looks youthful. Try it on atop white button down and pair it with pleated ankle-length pants.
Olive khaki colored hooded parka looks fantastic atop classic black pantsuit.
There is kind of high-school touch in this pretty cool outfit with punk music group patches.
The classic car coat with patches is worn atop white shirt that is tucked in black trousers. I love the duffle bag.
The hooded green windbreaker looks awesome. It's worn atop white shirt with a black tie and patched ankle-length bottoms.
That's a functional and street style appropriate look. We see matte leather jacket worn atop navy knitwear that is tucked in pleated black pants.
Another pretty look that features a long black coat teamed with cable-knit navy sweater and pleated slim bottoms.
The black leather duffle coat with white shearling lining is worn atop knitted sweater.
Tweed coat looks fantastic worn atop chunky knit sweater and styled with pleated trousers.
This double-breasted suit is a perfect look for everyday wear.
Keep it urban and masculine by wearing this awesome grey long coat atop white turtleneck.
The double-breasted peacoat is a perfect choice for those men who are in search for something classic and cozy. Love the backpack.
That's my favorite! Love the gangster touch of this double-breasted pinstripe suit.
We see black plongé lambskin biker jacket with turned-back burgundy shearling collar paired with white turtleneck, washed-out blue jeans, white socks and chunky black shoes. Love the black leather rucksack.
Moto Perfect with burgundy fur collar is a stunning cover-up for those who are looking for creative and timelessly cool staples.
Here we see a male model wearing a grey coat worn atop masculine, honeycombed, chunky knit sweater and styled with light blue washed straight jeans.
